Kathy Roat donated her weekend to the team for novice nationals on short notice. She stepped up to drive when our other options failed. Kathy is a senior parent who had no vested interested in the tournament-other than her daughter was judging. She also took a bunch of pictures for us! Freshmen parents, novice parents, PLEASE be sure to thank her!
Kathy is heading up the banquet. Parents will soon be hearing from her. We will need you help and support in putting together the banquet. Coaches just turn this project over to parents. It will be May 23rd at Grace Lutheran Church on Urbandale Avenue.
Next year, we will need a new lead parent for banquet. Kathy would like to know who might be interested. While I gave her some names, if you would like to do this project, please let Kathy know so you can be involved this year so you know how it all happens!
When I say coaches turn it over to parents--remember, coaches have a lot of work in prep to do before the banquet as well...the program...letters...awards and more.
