This is the first major travel trip of the season for a number of novice students. We have a history of NOT having issues when traveling. If we have issues, then there are consequences...a reduction in your travel opportunities or no travel opportunities. Remember some basic rules:
1). You must be reasonably quiet in the hotel at all times! Your are allowed to socialize until bed check but once bed checks are finished...you are NOT to leave your room. This is NOT a game.
2). Opposite sexes MAY be in the same room before bed checks provided the door is open. But if its behind CLOSED doors--expect trouble because we won't put up with it.
3). No ordering Movies, prank calls, etc. Don't do it.
4). Damage nothing. If you damage it--YOU pay for it and you don't travel again until it's paid for and we are on the same page--this is not a wrestling team!
5). You must go to sleep when its bed check time. You have room mates serious about this activity...they want to win points, degrees and be successful. Respect them by helping them get the sleep they need.
6). Sat am comes EARLY--you must get up and moving quickly to get dressed. 4 people in a room are not going to all shower at the same time. The bus leaves when it leaves DON'T BE LATE.
Bring some $$ to pay for food--Friday lunch, Fri dinner, snacks, Sat lunch and dinner. Breakfast is at the hotel UNLESS you are stupid and can't be there in time to eat before we leave!
