Students are responsible for purchasing their own flights into Reagan Airport (DCA).
--> Arrive Friday December 5
--> Leave Monday December 8
Students must be scheduled to arrive at DCA before 9pm
….and scheduled to leave DCA Monday after 10am.
If students do not arrive/depart in during these time limits, they are responsible for their own transportation either to or from the hotel.

Pattern A: Extemporaneous Speaking,
Poetry Interpretation, Humorous Interpretation, Declamation, Duo Interpretation
Pattern B: Original Oratory, Storytelling, Dramatic Interpretation, Prose Interpretation, Impromptu
• Competitors may enter at most 3 events per pattern.
• Students may enter one form of
debate: Public Forum, Congress, or Lincoln-Douglas.
Students who enter debate may not
enter any events in Pattern B, but may enter Pattern A events.
