Congratulations to Lily Nellans for becoming a member of Tean USA Debate

Lily Nellans has been named to Team USA Debate for the World Debate Championships in Thailand this summer!

She learned the news on Saturday over the noon hour and the official announcement came late today.  Nine NFL students were selected for the trip.  As a result, Lily's schedule will become challenging the rest of this season as she will have required practice sessions, both in person and via electronic means, between now and then.  She will be staying behind at major tournaments for practice sessions.  Here is the list of students selected for the USA team:  There is a rumor of a trip to Europe to debate as well.  Congratulations to Lily.
