Policy (NDT): Champion Emporia State (KS) upsetting Northwestern for the championship, Georgetown 3rd and Oklahoma 4th.
Speech (NIET): Champion Bradley, 2nd Western Kentucky, 3rd George Mason, 4th Texas and 5th Alabama. Others of note: Gustavus 8th and UNI 10th.
