Receipe for the good plate pictured on the blog

Got to love this stuff...a phone call from a parent for the recipe for the special meal featured in the picture on the blog.  While sworn to secrecy, I might be able to be bribed with something nice if you want to know if it was your father who called!  THIS COULD BE YOUR FAMILY DINNER SOON!

2 Dubuque All Beef Plumpers sliced and spread on plate, cover with thinly sliced cheddar cheese (the more the better), cover with chunky salsa draining off the liquid as best as possible.  Microwave for one minute.  (If prefer cold salsa just put on after microwaving).  A real real includes more veggies so add a celery stick (with dip of course).  Something hot to drink.

The meals has meat proteins, milk produces (dip and cheese), fruit (tomatoes) and veggies from the salsa and celery.

Cost:  very inexpensive
Filling:  VERY

PERFECT FOR BROKE COLLEGE STUDENTS!
