Someone declined their invitation to the Mason round robin and Whitman now has (and is deserving of) two teams in the field. We THINK they other four at Trinity Prep from Florida, Thomas Jefferson from Virginia, Regis from New York and Parker School in Texas.
A brief report on these schools: Trinity...the girl is strong but her partner thinks he is better and getting them to say two different things is apparently not so difficult. Look to separate their arguements and impacts and paint them not on the same page. Regis...coach written LD like cases with a lot of framework to keep you busy. They like to run a stock case with a slight tweak everytime to throw you off in case you have a flow. Probably don't know their framework like an LD student so try to take the framework away from them. Tho Jefferson...this school is a solid PF program and we don't fully know what to expect. Parker School is suppose to be very slick. Regis also dresses very preppy and are taught to speak like Senators. Get them in CX when they can't be someone else!
