The DGS has been worn out by the length of time it has taken the girls to respond to our demands. Frankly, we don't understand what is so hard about this at all. A 2nd poll went on the blog to test the resolve of the team and interested parties about the goats. It is clear (14-2) at this writing that many of us WANT the goats to fry. As clearly indicated by the girls in their response last night--these are just plastic goats. There are members of the DGS who have wanted to be sure the "rights" of these plastic goats were protected. Sadly for the freshmen girls, even they have tired of this and NO LONGER CARE ABOUT THE PLASTIC GOATS.
What is so hard about assuring the DGS these goats will never be heard from again? That they will be separated and no further offspring will be produced? That whatever agreement reached will include the current offspring? You have left the distinct impression with the DGS that you want the goats back and we will all be hearing from Sofar and Shofar again. We don't want that!
Further, Rachael, we remain interested in your "animal" past. Seems to be something we need to know about you before we return your goat. What happened to the G. Pigs and why were debate siblings singing about you and your "deepest desires in life"?
If you can't assure us by 6pm this evening that you can responsibly handle taking care of plastic goats--THEY WILL BE FRIED!!!! Surely the picture of your goat being "fed" (a better term could be "milk"boarded) indicates to what lengths we will go to insure these goats never again torture fellow debate students, Roosevelt AND Central Staff (despite your beliefs, not one teacher likes the goats, goats in class, in papers, on artwork, etc) parents and others ever again.
This story has spread far and wide. But alas, the DGS is TIRED.
If you choose not to resolve by 6pm (yes, this is blackmail) your problems will grow. A 2nd personal issue will be posted and it is juicy...even better than the Guinea Pig story. And, of course, an execution date from frying will be set. Come to your senses girls. It was sad to learn an art teacher had to help you resolve the debate puzzle. Surely, two mature freshmen girls can resolve the above--all by themselves AND BY 6PM TODAY.
