Coach Nate and I are completing a team grade review over break. We have many students doing VERY well and we have a number of students who now need to focus on their classes since debate is winding down. With the following exceptions students need not to be at practice every day: Mock Trial practice (as scheduled by Coach Abra); Novice Nats and Congress Qualifier students. Lets spend the next couple of weeks getting caught up on reading assignments, projects and getting current on homework. Hopefully, some of you spent your Spring break doing just that!
Seniors note: Use your head and finish strongly in the classroom! Every year there are seniors in this building who decide they are accepted to college--and they can ease off--cut a few classes--and generally don't care how they finish their high school career. Colleges do monitor last semester grades. Don't give your school any reason to question their admittance of you into their institution!
