I finally got around to writing a con and an additional point for PF. It will require you to do some research regarding Title I of NCLB or knowledge of the enforcement of the act via NCLB and the direct effect of standardardized tests on at-risk kids.
I'm not too sure how much teachers will like the additional point as it directly attacks the effect project-based academic achievment has on learning.
