To start, we still need to get parents involved more. Friday and Saturday are the most important days of the tournament as there will be HUNDREDS of people here and a lot of ground to monitor. Ideally, we would like to have people in certain rooms at all times and certain hallways at all times. It is not difficult to hide in a building the size of TRHS. Do not be surprised if you are taken from Concession Stand/Judges' Lounge Area if they are adequately staffed during a round to monitor hallways, rooms, etc. There are places in TRHS where people can vanish. It happens all the time. It would be a good idea to bring a book or something to keep you occupied as you monitor some of these areas.
