As last year we are taking 2 vehicles at different times because of the two very different start times.
Rachel, Alex, Harrison and Nick will leave after 2nd period at Central and Rider Time at Roosevelt in the suburban. Nate will drive. He will pick up in front of Wallace at 9:50am
and at Roosevelt as soon as possible thereafter. We need to know who is where so be sure to tell Coach Nate. Your rounds start at 2pm at Cedar Rapids Washington! Tubs must be loaded late Thursday afternoon after practice!!!!!!!!!!!
Emily and Taylor: You will rider with Coach Harry in Nate's vehicle. You are excused after 3rd hour at Central and 4th hour at Roosevelt. I need to know where you both are at that time. If you are both at Central I will pick you up there. If one of you is at Roosevelt, whomever is at Central needs to take the bus back to RHS and we will leave from there.

Parent's note: This is a difficult national level tournament. Since we are taking all Soph's and Freshmen our goal is to LEARN. Historically this tournament has been very helpfull in the development of our students.
We did well in novice policy last year. Two years ago Judy Crane broke to octo finals of LD--a huge accomplishment for any Iowa LD student. That result earned her a round robin invitation a month later. Her quarter finals appearance at this tournament meant that much. I share this with you so you don't expect miracles in this tournament. It is the best learning tournament of the year.
