WEATHER CONCERNS: With the surprise snowstorm now forcast for Wed night into late Thursday, there is a concern about blowing snow on highways Friday. We have a number of out of town teams who may or may not make it in.
STUDENT HOUSING: We have 31 spots logged so far but need more. Especially for boys!!!
PARENT JUDGES: We are in pretty good shape for IE, Congress and Parents Judges
CONCESSIONS: Appear to be moving along well. Please remember, everyone is to contribute at least $25 or donate water, pop, baked goods etc that can help us earn $25 in the concession stand.
THANKS: Liz's Mom and Mike's Mom for their hard work on concessions! Amelia's father for all the judging calls. Nate for having to deal with the hard stuff in the tab preparation!
TOURNAMENT SIZE: Much larger than last year's event. For example we have 17 CX teams whereas we had 5 last year. Further we have a statewide event this year, not just a local event with a few other teams. We will be using much of the building this year.
