There are two max out levels....1500 regular season points and 750 points in any division (speech, congress, debate, service, etc). Billy can earn no more points until the National Qualifier and the National tournament (you always get those points) and Olivia is 4 points short of maxing out in speech so she can only earn additional points in debate, congress or the qualifier and national tournament. Her extemp career is maxed out in points.
The 10 students above will all letter this season having already met our requirements. This group of students are on pace to letter this year but may or may not get there. It takes 250 points to letter in debate: Elani Cade, Catherine Chiodo, Susan Crane, Adriane DeMuth, Minh Tam le, Alex Patch, Sam Roeder, Sam Ward, Tess Yocum.
On pace doesn't mean you'll get there as the number of opprotunities for points starts to decrease as we go forward, particularly for under classmen. Still, it can be done and there are a couple of others not listed who, in theory, can get there.
