Congratulations to the team for such a wonderful showing this past weekend. The students were focused, hard working, and full of Roosevelt pride!
We can officially (once again!) call ourselves State Champions - even though we are tied with Valley! Each team scored 235 sweepstakes points. This just proves that every round matters and every student is key!
Since this is finals week there will be no practice on Tuesday 1/10 or Thursday 1/12. But we are working on preparing for Marshall the weekend of January 27 + 28. More info on Marshall will be posted soon in its own post.
Thank you so much to everyone (including parents!) for their hard work this weekend. I am so proud of you! You are such a young team, but you have so much fight and talent! Keep it up.
