The year is getting closer and closer to being over so we need to make sure all NSDA points are entered and accurate. Here are two forms that will help us do that!
This form (the Non-Competitive NSDA Point Form) is so that you can get all of the service points you've earned so far this year. Download it, fill it out, provide the appropriate documentation, and turn it in to Mrs. McCool.
This form (the Lettering Application) is for those of you who have earned at least 300 NSDA points and have helped at a middle school practice or tournament at least four times. Download it, fill it out, provide the appropriate documenation, and turn it into Mrs. McCool.
These forms must be turned into Mrs. McCool by the end of practice on May 12 (if you'd like you to receive your letter at the banquet). Students may continue to complete hours and service until the end of July (August 1 the "season" starts over).
AND YES - if you lettered last year we'll have those letters at the banquet. If you happen to be reading this and have already graduated (last years seniors) I'll be mailing them to you or you can come pick them up at a later date in May.
