Students must stay through awards but then may leave if an adult
comes to get them from Simpson or if they can drive themselves home (if they are no longer competing!). Any
student who isn’t picked up from Simpson/drives themselves home will be given
a ride by a coach or volunteer parent when that person is able to leave.

The students will miss NO school/classes.
Each student will be assigned a
car to ride in to and from Simpson. Students who are staying at the Appel’s
house will need to bring overnight supplies with them to school and then again
to Simpson.
Students should wear business attire or suits – they have been instructed as to which is appropriate. They may bring them with them to school on Friday and change before we go or once we get there. On Saturday they should arrive dressed. Students should also bring cash for snacks and meals. They should also bring phone chargers (phones seem to have a magical way of dying right when they need to contact a coach or parent!)
Several students have added or dropped events – so please see the updated FeeSheet – these fees will be posted to Infinite Campus as soon as possible. Any students who decide to drop on or after October 1 will still have to pay the posted fee.
We are so thankful that the Appel's have made such a generous offer to host students at their home. Also special thanks in advance to parents who are driving students – Michelle Hoops, Travis Thompson, and Jen Konfrst. Also thanks to those of you who offered!
