Mid-America (Valley) and Simpson Storm sign ups have been posted!
The cost of each tournament depends on the event in which a student wants to compete...
They should come to the "debate office" to sign up or get more information.
Valley should not cost (at the very most) more than $100.
Simpson should not cost (at the very most) more than $50.
Both of these tournaments are "local" self transportation/carpool tournaments.
And although it is several months away I want to let you know for budgeting purposes where we are on the cost of the Glenbrooks (Chicago Area) tournament.

Varsity Policy – 60.00 Per person
Varsity LD – 60.00 Per person
JV Policy – 55.00 Per person
JV LD Debate – 55.00 Per person
Novice Policy – 50.00 Per person
PF – 35.00 Per person
Congress – 50.00 Per person
IEs (including duo) – 40.00 per entry (two max)
Lodging – $115.00 per person
Travel – TBA (At least $50.00)
(Parents Carpooling would be best!!!)
Judging - TBA (depends on how many students are entered in each event -- at least $25.00)
Final Cost = ENTRY FEE + LODGING + TRAVEL COSTS + JUDGING
(we cannot figure out travel cost or judging until
we know how many students we will take to the tournament!)
