NEITOC:  Expect much cooler to cold conditions-highs in the low 60s, stiff NW wind and maybe a few rain showers.

EXTOC:  Rain Friday and Storms late Sunday.  Much cooler with a Saturday stiff wind off the lake and highs in the upper 60s.
