Congratulations to the FIVE qualifiers from Roosevelt to the natonal speech and debate tournament. These students won slots to the tourney based on results of the West Iowa NFL Qualifier hosted by Des Moines Lincoln this weekend. 17 schools from the metro, Western and Northwestern Iowa undertook the challenge of this year's qualifier.

The odds of at least one of these first alternates being called up is reasonably high.
Congress Quals are March 29th at Carroll. Max, Danny, Lilly and I will be in Dallas for a special World Schools Event. We have 10 slots available for the tournament.
