There are NO RIDES from Roosevelt on Friday or Saturday for National Qualifier. While Strong would normally offer rides, I have to be at the tournament site about 11am Friday and at 7am Saturday because I am the coach who has to run the tournament.
Students are excused from classes at both Central and Roosevelt after the second block of the day on Friday. This gives them plenty of time to get home: change, eat, focus and be at Lincoln at 2:35pm.
They will need a ride. Parents, please help get this figured out for your students. Otherwise, they will hitch a ride from another student. If you don't want your student riding with another student, we need you or another parent to drive them.
Those students not eliminated from the tournament on Friday night need to be at Lincoln at 7:30am on Saturday. Rounds start at eight. The tournament does not wait for late students--that just becomes a loss.
