WE HAVE BEEN INVITED--BOTH STUDENTS AND PARENTS--TO BE AT NEXT TUESDAY'S SCHOOL BOARD MEETING DOWNTOWN AT 5:45PM FOR A 6:05PM RECOGNITION.
It is important that we have as many students as possible present for the recognition. The School Board was quite clear they want us all in their invitation. There are few State Championships won by DMPS Schools. As a result-the school board really wants to make sure they recognize us for the accomplishment!
Thus, the request is that every team member and their parents, if possible show up for the recognition.
Information:
Location--Board Room at Central CAMPUS (not the Academy). Second floor...walk in the Grand Avenue doors-go up the stairs hang a left walk to the end of the hallway. The Board room overlooks the Grand-Fleur-Locust intersection.
Time--Be there at 5:45pm
Date: Tuesday the 21st (next Tuesday)
We should be out of there shortly after 6:15pm
Speakers: Strong will pre-select a couple of students to speak to the board
Coaches: Be there!!!!
Parking: Across Grand Avenue in the DMPS lot just north of Central Campus. Parking is tight get there or you will be driving around.
