Roosevelt shook up the Minnesota speech community becoming the first out of state school to win a sweeps award at the Chanhassen tournament which was a tournament of 1100 students. Roosevelt won in the small school entry division with a two to one margin of points over the next best school which was our friends from Duluth-Denfeld.
Five Roosevelt student (including a freshman) pulled this amazing feat off. Congrats to Lily, Julianna, Murphy, Danny and Jacob!
