The following information is now public:
1). Jesse Meyer will replace Carole Dickey are Lincoln. I havenot heard if Carole is staying on part time as an advisor or not. Jesse debated at Spencer and UNI. He has coached and tabbed at Waterloo East sucessfully the past couple of years while finishing college. He tends to produce LD students. He should be a good fit for Lincoln overall.
2). The Director of Debate at the University of Northern Iowa has stepped down. Kate LaValle will be missed by the high school community for her unselfish efforts to help by hosting an annual tournament and by providing insight and wisdom to the community.
