First, journals should be filed as yymm00 so people don't accidentally date it wrong in their speeches and to help when we go to clean out files. Second, the first part of the date should be 11 NOT 2011. Finally,the name of the article in the dropbox should include the full title of the original article EXACTLY as it appears, not an abridged version.
