Congress Bills for National Qualifier

The official packet will not be available until early next week (or so I am being told).  The official Roosevelt bill is Merit Pay.  Brazil and DREAM act have also been submitted as supplemental legislation.  But the bill which will be on the docket is merit pay.  That is all I can share at the moment.
