Sorry this is late but a lot of effort has gone into setting up the tournament, etc. Hence it has taken away from time to finish our planning. Here are the gory details:

Bus leaves Roosevelt no later than 830 am on Thursday be accounted for at 815 in the north parking lot PLEASE!!!! Bring permission slips!!!! Do NOT go to part of your first block of the day--do NOT do it!!!!! Just get on the bus!!!!
Bus picks up at East and should be on road at 9am to Iowa City.
Harry is driving the suburban with Kayleigh and Catherine leaving about 9am from Plymnouth church following a presentation to principals.
Rooms may or may not be ready on arrival. Nate is in charge of the team...feed them downtown, get them changed, practiced, warmed up etc for first rounds at 5pm. Check with JOT for exact times.
Tab is in the Union for Speech but in different buildings for other events. I have speech with Clancy, Congress and PF. Don't expect miracles...we have way to much to tab for two people all three days. Patience!!!!
Sam will arrive late Thursday to judge and then leave to go back to Grinnell. He and Victor will come in Friday afternoon to judge in debate. Sam is not judging on Saturday. Don Flannery is judging both days and Bill Nellans is judging Saturday for Roosevelt. Be sure to point Cedeno, Fairfield, Flannery and Nellans to whereever PF tab is located.
We should be mostly done by about 530 on Saturday. We will roll the bus after awards (Nate in charge)...feed them somewhere. I will bring back those in late rounds.
Those leaving Friday afternoon (returning with Kathie Larson): Aubrey Davidson, Jamie Baer, Caroline Alexander and Andy Troxell. Those arriving Friday afternoon with Mr. Flannery: Murphey Burke, Stephanie and Crystal Hou and Samantha Gerleman. Don will pick up Sam from Roosevelt north parking lot at 10:45pm....the others are to be waiting at the front door of the Wallace Building at Central Academy. Get lunch. Upon arrival in Iowa City go to speech awards...call and ask where. Kathie and Don: I do not know where awards will be...sorry...call and ask and if I don't answer find your student!!!!
There is a parking garage at Memorial Union on the East side. There are usually expensive meters on the south side of the Union as well if you are only staying for a bit. Awards could be anywhere!
Rooms: Assignments have been turned in. Friday am early Aida Ver Ploeg moves in with Catherine and Emily (before rounds). Leys moves in with Luke Theuma...again before Friday rounds. Those roos will be cleaned and made available to incoming Roosevelt people.
