Congratulations to Tess Yocom! Big Hit!

Tess Yocom is back from swimming and immediately provided Roosevelt debate with an exclamation point for the season!  Tess competed in the first ever Apple Valley Congress tournament.  This medium sized field was loaded with national level congress students and national level extemp students from Florida, Maryland, NY and the Upper Midwest.  Tess took fifth and captured a Congress TOC bid in the process.  She also opened a lot of eyes in the national judging panel.  Congratulations to Tess!  It was the sixth TOC leg earned this season.  Chiodo is in extemp TOC with four legs, Kayleigh Courard Hauri and Tess each have a leg.
