A number of Roosevelt students and teams fared well at the Indianola Novice night debate on Tuesday.
There were two awards of note:
top Public Forum speaker was Lily Nellans and top LD speaker was Julianna Courard Hauri.
No Roosevelt team was undefeated. Our PF kids lost out two two Waukee teamsin their bid for 3-0 records and Julianna lost a heartbreaking decision in round two. That LD round was a mid level Varsity round at most tournaments. Well done!
