For the 2nd time in two years, a Roosevelt forensics students will sign a letter of commitment to compete on a college scholarship. Amelia has announced her intention to attend George Mason University this fall in Engineering. She earned the highest academic scholarship given by the school...$25,000 a year in the Scholar's program. Additionally she earned a nice forensics scholarship to compete on behalf of the Patriots.
The signing event is Friday after school (April 16th) in the library at 3pm. Please plan on attending to help her celebrate! She is most deserving. Parents and staff are also welcome!
