This is a LONG posting so please read carefully. First of all thanks to all the students for their hard work this past week to prepare. We are sending our deepest team to State yet. We have some opprotunities so coaches are excited!
We are staying at the Iowa House Hotel, Memorial Union on the University of Iowa campus. Phone number is: 319-335-3513
Our standard Univ of Iowa rules are in effect: don't leave campus unless you are with two other RHS students and you have texted a coach as to your whereabouts. The reason for that rule is so students can eat downtown (a very short walk).
These students are to be on the bus Thursday am by 10:45am with all tubs loaded (Policy and Extemp):
Caroline, Rachael, Kayleigh, Adele, Adriane, Mike, Mirza, Madi, Sarah, Nathan, Amelia, Katy, Sam, Emily, Minh, Andy, Aida, Tess and Taylor.
On Friday these students are with Don Flannery and Pam Gerleman driving from Roosevelt--again leaving at 10:45 from the north lot:
Harrison, Rob, Samantha, Nick, Heaven and Nick Swingle.
Pam Gerleman will then drive back to Des Moines with Minh Tam Le.
The rest will return on the charter Saturday evening as soon as we can get back...probably about 10pm. I am driving the Suburban just in case we need the back up and finals run late. Catherine Chiodo will be with me on Thursday going down.

On Friday Taylor moves out of the room from Thursday into a new room with Samantha. Heaven arrives and stays with Tess.

On Friday: Hayward-Swingle Gerleman-Denhartog
Strong and Fredericks are in the hotel both nights but McCabe-Hanshu;
Quinn-Howard; Haley and Fairfield all move to the Sheraton downtown on Friday night.
