Nat Quals Spots

This is posted on MONDAY and with the exception of PF debate we don't expect any major changes. There are two qualifying slots in all speech events. Two qualiying spots in Policy, Three in LD and Three in PF. We are 7 teams short in PF of getting to 4 slots. It is doubtful but we are still working on it. Don't hold your breath.
