Our plan is as follows: All students excused after 3rd hour at both Central and Roosevelt. Nate picks up Central students and drives to Newton to meet us for lunch. Harry and Rachael's uncle will pick up at Roosevelt in the north lot about 10:35am and drive to Newton for lunch. We eat at Culver's.
We drive to Iowa City. If we have time we will check into the Comfort Inn in Coralville 319-351-8144. All students will be in the hotel Friday night. There is no student housing.
Aida Ver Ploeg joins us early Saturday morning to compete in the Kanellis tournament at Iowa City West.
We will depart after awards from Iowa City on Saturday evening. I am hoping most of us will be back around 930pm. Some before. In an ideal world we can all leave together but that is a big unknown depending upon the IHSSA schedule and if they can stay on it.
