Not one but two TRHS debate students are on the All American watch list (top 150 in the nation) to start the season. The top 25 at the end of the year become high school All-Americans. The next 60 are Honorable Mention All-Americans.
Amelia Martin starts the season ranked 40th and Mirza Germovic starts at 116th.
Their listing marks the 4th consecutive season in which a Roosevelt student has been named to the list! Two became Honorable Mention All-Americans and one earned All-American status. One just missed HM status.
Wish them the best...it's a difficult haul trying to find every point possible!
