First Birmingham update

Catherine was ordered to do rd one without prep when it was discovered prep would not honor her code # replacing Oman. Nate and I were driven to that site so we could protest...our protest was quickly upheld and a solution found. while I am disappointed the error happened...esp after our reverification of her entry yesterday and a special prining of her rounds for us...I will say the Nfl ombudsmen were quick and fair in their response. cats rd one is removed and her score doubled for rd two. It shouldnt have happened but at least they were fair to her and apologized as well. Catherine has a smile on her face when we left.
