An interesting article appeared in my favorite reading--National Geographic this week:

I usually consider the NG as a creditable source and believe this article to fairly explain why the Earth's atmosphere warmed up dramatically the past 100 years and why the past couple of years, scientists have been concerned that global warming is going away. Here is a logical and plausible answer. This is not to say there aren't man made global issues...just to say the Sun is the greater controller of temperatures on Earth. Someone print this for extemp files and lets get this saved for CX as well.
