A back channel communique sent to the girls has finally gotten through to them. A new holding facility is going to be constructed and the goats will be held in a secure location at Roosevelt. An apology from the caretaker of the goats for the DGS has been demanded as the goats have been treated very humanely. This demand has been refused by the girls.
The claim that Shofar was "milk-boarded" as evidenced by the picture on the blog is misleading. The lead interrogator just tipped the milk bottle a little too much while discussing during feeding time. The girls can't have it both ways. We cannot feed and milk the goats and mistreat them at the same time. We must treat all parties involved humanely, including the Red Cross and DGS personnel. There has been an apology issued by the Lead Interrogator of the CIA team regarding the "milk-boarding" as he states, "Shofar made a lunge to bite me, so I jerked backwards a little bit while pouring the milk. I am sorry to give the appearance of utilization of an 'enhanced interrogation' technique."
Meanwhile, the lead caretaker is carefully considering new terms of the timeline as to the release of Sofar and Shofar. Can the DGS persuade the lead caretaker to make sure to get these two to the new holding facility by the time it is constructed without an apology from the girls? It wasn't even the DGS who did the interrogation.... Only time and patience will tell if the goats will make it facility. A rogue cell in an already perceived hostile environment is not a good situation. Let's hope the goats make it there on time....
