Construction Delays to Chicago

I-80 Eastbound at the River was closed today due to a large crack on the Illinois side of the bridge...traffic is re-routed through the Quad Cities and apparently is quite the mess. So we will be delayed by both that and the Tollway construction near Chicago. There was already one lane traffic on I280 around the Quad Cities so the delays could be considerable. Trying to avoid I-80 to the north doesn't work well with the Clinton bridge closed.
