I know a lot of you were disappointed we had to roll the bus last night after awards. Unfortunately, we were paying a driver overtime (by the hour) to make the trip and so we had little choice but to send the bus. You will note that Dowling did the exact same thing as we did.
This is commonplace giving the cost of transportation.
There were no witnesses to the PF finals except for a couple of coaches and judges. Valley had a charter with a planned later departure so those kids did stay and watch LD finals. But as a rule of thumb we will roll our bus as soon as its reasonable to do so. The gets you feed and home as early as possible. Had you all stayed to watch PFD finals, dinner would have been about 9pm.
