IPTV will be doing a feature on the Roosevelt Debate team on Oct 9th in two sessions on closed circuit TV for all the middle and high schools in the State. We will need a group of students to attend the sessions in Johnston on that day. The focus will be on the educational gains of the students through debate and how what they learn in debate rolls over into the classroom.
We will be asking a couple of former students to also appear for the taping sessions if we can get them here. The purpose of the show is to increase debate participation at the middle and high school level in Iowa. The show will not air on regular IPTV. Coach Harry
