Recent graduate Liz McCabe was the guest instructor today as camp winds down. Liz was a LD and PFD debater at Roosevelt with some policy experience her senior year. She spoke about abstract and reality based arguments.
After camp ends today the coaches and students will be off to eat somewhere in the Court Avenue District and then off to the Science Center to watch the 7pm showing of Batman at the IMAX.
Congratulations to Serena Fath, Alex Young, Rachel Bandstra and Harrison Hayward who are all graduates of the first ever RHS Policy camp.
A very special thanks to Coach Nate for giving up two weeks of what would have been income to him at his side job for running the camp. It has been those types of sacrifices by students, families and coaches which have made this program what it is today!
