Those headed to the GMIF camp please read carefully:
Assuming Billy is flying on the 13th and baseball season has ended...all of you are on the direct flight arriving at DCA (National Airport) at 10:15am. Be at the airport at 530am...go thru security and meet at the gate. If Billy is flying, he will coordinate at the gate not at the ticket counter. When you arrive at National airport, get your luggage and then follow these directions:
DCA – Follow signs for Ground Transportation to SuperShuttle boarding area, curbside at each terminal. A uniformed Guest Service Representative will assist you between 6:30 AM – 11:30 PM.
If Billy does not arrive on the 13th, he will be showing up to teach as soon as baseball has ended.
He will be able to help coordinate your returns from George Mason.
I have 5 of you departing on the 27th at 2pm on Super Shuttle to National and 4 of you departing after the extended session on the 30th.
I need you to tell me individually what date you are returning...this is important. Call me asap.

The cost is $37.50 per student. This is higher than in past years but still a big bargin in the DC area.
If there is a problem call 1-800-258-3826 (1 800 Blue Van) and press option 1. Call if they are 15 minutes late for the 2pm pickup. Important, one person calls not everyone. If Billy is available to handle let him do it since he has done it before.
