A call from a parent yesterday reminded me to make a posting regarding next week. At our last meeting before Spring Break, I posted some items on the white board for students to focus upon during Spring Break...those items were: Have Fun (be a kid), Sleep, Get School work caught up, and read ahead in school. A number of you need to be doing the last couple of items NOW.
With the mock trial students qualifying to State, we have a number of students who are in speech and debate action starting Tuesday evening after Spring break and potentially staying in competition until Saturday night. This is no easy task and at the same time facing teachers who want to charge ahead to end the year on time.
Responsible students are spending some time each day on their school work so that you can handle next week! Please stay on top of things.
